What was the most surprising thing about China?
Probably the ice festival in Harbin. I never knew China had something like that!

It's this amazing customizable dish with meat, cheese, onions, and corn. The slightly burnt rice at the bottom is the best part!
What's your advice for people considering a trip to China?
Go with an open mind! China is way more diverse and interesting than you might think. And definitely try the food!
