Shanghai Food Tour: Exploring China's Diverse Cuisine

In this week’s episode I indulge my tastebuds with different traditional foods from around China. Starting off at an Inner Mongolia Skewer restaurant where we were given cool packs for our heads, and cans of Inner Mongolian air for our noses. Next we headed to Qiqihaer BBQ near Jiashan station to eat BBQ from Heilongjiang Province. BBQ is one of my favourite things to eat in China, especially the cows tongue! Finally, after seeing tonnes of ‘waxberry’ drinks available in the city I was able to put a name to the face (fruit?) when a friend sent over two large punnets of Waxberries from Zhejiang Province. Now that restaurants are back open in Shanghai I hope to make more China Food Vlogs, so let me know what you’d like to see next!
