Shaolin Kung Fu Training: Zhengzhou, Henan

I trained Kung Fu with Shaolin Monks.. My Kung Fu journey began in the bustling city of Zhengzhou, the heart of Henan province. I was immediately captivated by the rich history and spiritual significance of the Shaolin Temple. The monks welcomed me with open arms, and I spent several days learning the fundamental techniques of this ancient martial art. From basic stances and punches to more complex forms, every session was a lesson in discipline, focus, and respect. Beyond the physical training, I was deeply moved by the monks' serenity and their dedication to their practice. The experience was both physically and spiritually challenging, but ultimately incredibly rewarding. I left with a newfound appreciation for Kung Fu and the Shaolin tradition.
