What was the biggest challenge you faced upon arrival?
Getting to my hotel was a bit of a mission! The ride-hailing apps didn't work, and finding my way through the streets was tricky.
What was your first meal in Hong Kong like?
I had char siu (barbecue pork) with rice and vegetables. It was delicious, a really good portion, and a great start to my culinary adventure!
What surprised you most about Hong Kong?
How efficient the public transport was, and how everyone still wears masks outside. It's way cooler than Vietnam too!
