Inside China's Snow Sculpture Festival & Longest Walking Street in Asia - Harbin

I visited Harbin in winter and discovered the Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival which is built each year by competitors from around the world. They even have a sculpture of the Great wall of China made out of snow!.

I saw first hand how the snow sculptures are made from massive blocks of snow and talented people slowly carving away. And of course I had to say hi to the massive Snowman - Mr Snowman.

We then went to Saint Sophia's Church - a former Russian Orthodox church.

Then onto the longest walking street in Asia - Central Street or Zhongyang Street (中央大街) which is 1.450 meters long.

I tried the famous Ice sucker (Ice Cream) which was super tasty and only 5 Yuan. I also tried the candied fruit skewers known as Tanghulu (糖葫芦)
