Itchy Boots wakes up in a small town in Inner Mongolia after a night of heavy thunderstorms. She prepares for a 300-kilometer ride to Linxi, using a navigation app that lets her choose back roads. She stops at a small town looking for lunch and ends up at a street food stall.
