Without a big plan in mind, we just took the metro to the last station and then a taxi into the mountains. So, what's rural China going to be like? What was the most challenging part of the trip?
Probably finding a taxi back to the city. We waited for a while, and the first taxi driver wanted a very high price!
What was the food like in the rural restaurant?
The pork and mushrooms were unbelievably good! The rabbit stew was tasty, too, but the pork was the best!
