We made it to Lhasa, Tibet. Today we are exploring the streets of Lhasa. A place that very few foreigners ever get to, because of how heavily restricted Lhasa is. In order to visit Lhasa as a foreigner you need to join a tour group and get a permit, then you need to visit and register at local police stations when you arrive in Lhasa, and register for more permits for every monastery or other area that you wish to visit.
