What was the security like in Urumqi airport?
The security was crazy! They checked everything, even under my clothes and all my electronics. It took forever!
How was getting a transit visa in Hong Kong?
Getting the transit visa was a bit of a rush. The lady at the counter was slow, and we almost missed the boat!
What's the most impressive thing about Shenzhen?
Shenzhen is the most futuristic city I've ever seen! It's so modern and everything is so new. The Four Seasons hotel was amazing too!
What was your experience like in Xinjiang?
Xinjiang was interesting. It was much bigger than I expected, and the culture was very unique. I felt safe, but there was a noticeable police presence.
