Finally we have made it into countryside of China, we are in what many Chinese have said is the most beautiful province in China. We're excited to explore Guilin, Guangxi but first we take you through the local side of Guilin - we sit down for some temple food, some special traditional foods and more. Not many people stop in this city as they head onto Yangshuo which this region is most famous for. However we couldn't go onto Yangshuo without trying some of China's most famous noodles, so come join us
