Universal Studios Beijing: A Full Day of Thrills

Join us as we spend the whole day at Universal Studios Beijing and go on every ride and see every show this theme park has to offer. We start the day at our hotel and as we are residents we are able to enter the park an hour before regular park admission. We first head over to Hogsmead the Harry Potter themed land and go on Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey coaster and then Harry Potter and the Flight of the HippoGriff coaster. We then visit Ollivanders the wand shop before leaving and going to Jurassic World. At Jurassic world we go on Jurassic Flyers a Mack Rides Coaster which was really enjoyable. Then we went on probably my favourite dark ride of all time Jurassic World Adventure, it is a great mix of practical effects and screen, a full size dinosaur even chases you! We get lunch back in Hogsmead at the Three Broomsticks, the Great Feast contained ribs, chicken, wedges, vegetables and corn on the cob, all washed down with a Butter Beer. After lunch we continued to tour the park visiting the largest Minions Land in the world and going on all the rides including Minion Mayhem before seeing Sing on Tour stage show. Next up was Kung Fu Panda land and we go on all three rides here, this is such a great themed area and it is all indoors. Our next show for the day was Waterworld Stunt Show, this is the same stunt show as Universal Studios Hollywood but in Chinese. Then we went to the Transfomers area to ride Transformers Battle for the All Spark and Bumblebee Boogie. We get a milkshake at Mel's Drive In before seeing Lights Camera Action a behind the scenes look at how films are made presented by Steven Spielberg and Shang Yimou. We then see the Universal Parade that starts a number of animated characters before going back to Jurassic World to meet a Raptor in their Raptor Encounter. We then go back to the Hogsmead to ride the Harry Potter themed rides again and buy a Beijing exclusive wand. We take one last walk around the...
